Please read the Terms & Conditions below before purchasing — by purchasing, using, or accepting your gift certificate, you agree to these terms and conditions:

1. Use and Redemption: Gift Certificates are a digital credit issued and can only be used toward services provided by Misfit Creative Co. and expire two (2) years after issuance.

   To redeem your gift certificate, please reach out to us via the contact form on our website (www.misfitcreativeco.com/contact) or via email (info@misfitcreativeco.com) no less than two (2) weeks before your desired session/event date.

2. Delivery, Ownership, and Risk of Loss: Digital gift certificates are emailed directly to recipients and usually arrive within hours after ordering. Misfit Creative Co. is not responsible for non-delivery due to the entry of an incorrect email address. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient.

3. Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, Not for Resale or Promotional Use: All gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable between parties, and cannot be resold, used for promotional use without the prior written consent of Misfit Creative Co., or redeemed for cash. Treat this gift certificate like cash and safeguard it accordingly. Misfit Creative Co. is not responsible for or obligated to replace and replenish lost or stolen gift certificates.

4. Right to Modify Terms and Refusal of Services: These terms and conditions may be changed at any time. Misfit Creative Co. reserves the right, without notice to you, to refuse the sale of or void gift certificates without a refund, terminate service contracts, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a gift card is purchased, obtained, or used fraudulently, with the intent to harm Misfit Creative Co. and staff, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
