After wasting what feels like a lifetime of trying to conform to the societal ideas of normal and always feeling out of place, I found I was much happier just being myself. So, I started embracing my weirdness in all its awkward glory and created Misfit Creative Co. as a safe space for myself and people like us.

OUR PROCESS: A LIFESTYLE APPROACH

We get it — being in front of the camera is AWKWARD AS FUCK, but we're committed as professionals to make you feel comfortable during your session and/or event.

Inspired by my own family's photo posing antics, we've compiled a list of goofy, weird, and unique prompts or activities to partake in, so it feels less like you're having your photograph taken and more like you're just living life in the moment.

After all, you're going to be looking back on these photographs for years to come. They should be a reflection of who you are and tell YOUR story as an individual, a couple, or as a family.
